How To Create Labels

Labels can be created and tagged to a Service Professional as well as a Service Items. This enables skill-based allocation of services.

To create a new Label, please follow the steps below:

1. Select from the Side Bar the Wrench icon. 
2. Click on the New Label button. 
3. Select the label you want to create and fill in with all relevant information.
4. Click the Submit button  

Different Labels can be created are

• Label 
• Certificate
• Group
• Segments
• Service
• Task
• Filter

To Create a Label under Labels : 

1. Navigate to labels and select the radio button for label 
2. Fill in with all relevant information.

3. Click the Submit button.  

To Create a Certificate under Labels : 

1. Navigate to labels and select the radio button for certificate 
2. Fill in with all relevant information.

       3. Click the Submit button.  

To Create a Group under Labels : 

1. Navigate to labels and select the radio button for group. 
2.  Fill in with all relevant information 

     3. Click the Submit button. 

To Create a Segment under Labels :

1. Navigate to labels and select the radio button for Segment. 
2. Fill in with all relevant information.

       3. Click the Submit button. 

To Create a Service under Labels :

1. Navigate to labels and select the radio button for Service.          
2. Fill in with all relevant information.              
3. Click the Submit button. 

To Create a Service under Task :

1. Navigate to labels and select the radio button for Task.

      2.  Fill in with all relevant information.

     3.  Click the Submit button. 

To Create a Label under Filter : 

1. Navigate to labels and select the radio button for filter  
2. Fill in with all relevant information.

3. Click the Submit button.
